      Pros

      This job is very relaxed, as long as you serve customers efficiently and well. Coworkers are fun to be around, and the manager accommodates schedules very well. The pay is good for this kind of job.

      Cons

      Occasionally it can be a bit boring, due to lack of traffic at certain times, but that's not always a bad thing.

      Meeting great coworkers and learning new skills.

      Management is terrible. Company is also racist and I don’t think they truly stand for what they try to promote. Very minimal hours and not appreciated.

      Pros

      It is a fun, fast-paced environment with plenty of room for growth. Coworkers and managers are on the same page to ensure quality experiences for customers so there's ease knowing your coworkers are dedicated too. Great learning experience, you get to learn a lot about coffee and skills as a barista. Tips are great.

      Cons

      Sometimes gets extremely busy and you're stuck in your position for hours. Customer service job so some customers are rude (but you can expect that anywhere)
