Pros
BlackLine as a whole is a great company to work with. HQ generally look after their employees well with new learning opportunities and great benefits. Salary is handsomely paid based on experiences too. The management in the U.S are business and people driven, and I like how passionate they are.
Cons
However, based in APAC, the working environment is a little toxic. Passive aggressive co-workers, there's no respecting of personal space and almost everyone is talking about everybody behind each others' back. Some directors prefer to slam you during meetings rather than talk it out professionally. It took a toil on me as everyone's expectation is different. When shared this with HQ team, they discussed with the management in APAC and suddenly everyone is against you and hold personal grudges for speaking up.
