-They have Fake followers on LinkedIn. -They Have Fake followers on Instagram A Marketing Agency with Fake followers speaks everything about this company. -Salary comes from a totally Different name, once in 45 days. -Authenticity of the Company is highly questionable -COO of the company lacks basic workplace skills, She even gives herself best Manager award, while the team has totally different thing to say. -Senior Copywriter works remotely and lacks skills. Only in the position because she is friends with COO. -Client retention is pathetic, because of shabby workplace culture.

This action of putting yourself above all this corporate BS actually might be a cornerstone in your life but that you'll only know in retrospect. It’s unfortunate that it takes such a worthless workplace to highlight the importance of putting yourself first.

People are made to work like they are slaves (sometimes 60-70 hrs a week) and are given hollow recognition as an applause on every Monday. For 'The Hotshot CEO', your approach often reduces employees to mere commodities, disregarding our individuality and contributions. The psychological tactics (You know it better than anyone, just effing stop and be a man for once) you employ to drive performance may seem effective in the short term, but they create a toxic environment where fear and burnout are rampant.
