Cons
- With growth comes growing pains. We see the company creating more and more committees to make decisions, which means our leading ExCo team is not always fully up to date on details & only get the big lines. This makes it harder for them to understand the vision and ideas behind a project, and in turn slows down decision-making. - Difficult to get enough decision rights yourself within a project.
