Poor leave policy. They will deduct pay if you don't come complete 9 hrs. They will decide when to provide you leave and when not. The CEO will waste hours on meeting and will teach you about timelines. They will call on Sunday's and if not available then be ready for paycut. The Finance team will release payment anytime of the month and then call it chill. Also, yes they lack facilities like washroom. They ask you to use public washroom of the building. It is definitely not the company you would like to work, try to avoid as they have 3 month notice and deduct salary.
