Pros
The clients they had were awesome and everyone was nice to the surface. Very easy first-time job once you graduate college, as everyone else here is probably either in college or just graduated. They're a starting agency which has a lot of cons to it but it makes it easy to impress if you're good at what you do.
Cons
Not a collaborative team whatsoever, I felt like I took on a lot of projects solely and got feedback here and there, but was thrown under the bus whenever something went wrong. The atmosphere is all girls as well which can be very catty at times, overall it wasn't very healthy if you didn't fit in.
