      - everyone is extremely smart - code is well written and well documented - tech stack and tools/practices are modern - pay is competitive - work life balance is highly emphasized (four day workweeks starting soon, unlimited pto, flexible schedules) - full transparency from higher-ups on any issues

      - small company size/early startup landscape may not be for everyone
