      Pros

      Great place to learn to build and maintain a startup e-commerce website. The team moves fast and gives developers enough permission to improve the software.

      Cons

      Lack of solid foundation and automated tests due to its early stage MVP. The difference of time zone between Taipei and Europe is also a problem.

      Great colleagues, great product, a lot of responsabilities, very approachable and transparant management team

      Cons

      Strategy varies a lot of over time, there is no consistent and clear direction by unexperienced MT. A lot of tech debt, which leads to a lot frustrating and manual BAU
