This is a company focused primarily on financing. They make their money from financing and do not care for the service of RVs in their treatment of the men and women who deal with all the issues. When numbers are low upper management asks techs to lie, cheat and steal to make up for loss of revenue. You are asked to find "issues" or make them up in order to acquire more warranty or customer pay hours. Customers issues are not fixed, they are simply slap some paint on the pig and get it out. The service and sales teams are given tools (computers, phones, printers, etc) in order to complete their jobs fully. The techs are given a baseball hat and a few work shirts/tshirts. All tools, safety equipment, footwear, etc in order to do daily tasks the techs must be supply all their tools. Upper management has too much control on labor hours, as they can decide if and when you get paid for "x" job. They can also back flag your work at any time. What I am getting at is this company has zero corporate structure for their techs and see's them as replaceable.
