Pros

- friendly and helpful team members

Cons

- The sales department is a mess, with poor management all throughout. So much turnover and yet they fail to look within themselves to consider maybe they are the issue. - It's a culture of overpromise, micro-management and emotional/verbal abuse from sales management. - CRO doesn't trust their AEs to close deals so takes deals away from them and gets their commission. - Says "I'm all ears and I care about your future", but spreads gossips and cuts people. - It's not normal that more than half the sales team is no longer there all in a span of 5-6 months. - To ANYONE applying for a sales role in this org, please do your RESEARCH! There's lots of other great companies out there.

Pros

The people are great and they were generous with gifts for your first day/birthday, etc.

Cons

I've never worked at an organization with so much turnover in such a short period of time. Within 6 months, the ENTIRE sales team turned over (people quitting and a few dismissals...which were VERY questionable in nature). 3 sales leaders in a year, plus lots of turnover recently in other departments - apparently this has happened in the past too. The company doesn't appear to be concerned that this is an issue, and defers blame to the individual vs trying to understand the why. The sales leadership is very unprofessional and demands the team to complete unnecessary projects last minute, which adds additional stress to the team. They plays favourites and talks about other sales reps behind their backs. They claim to want to make things fair and set things right, but their actions speak differently. The pay structure COULD be fruitful if it was a decent product to sell, but no one has ever come close to hitting their annual target. My advice to anyone interviewing: do you due diligence and ask WHY has their been so much turnover. The product has potential, but with an upcoming recession, it will be that much more challenging to sell something that is "nice to have".

Pros

Kind peers who are fun to work with and be around

Cons

1) Echo the previous two reviews posted. Sales department is a disaster, turn over is the highest I have ever seen. 2) Culture of blame, rather than figuring out what needs to be improved with product market fit. They are constantly hiring and firing sales reps like they are completely disposable. *news flash* it’s not the sales reps fault. 3) The pay is also completely below industry standard. I would avoid this place if you’re in sales for sure, ask them how the turn over is during the interview process and how many reps have ever hit quota.
