Pros

Job is work from home. Good benefits.

Cons

You will be micromanage endlessly and pushed to keep unimportant metrics. They value them more than their employees or customer base.

Pros

deep discount on services while employed coworkers are half decent people for the most part some customers were pleasant to deal with

Cons

management is so insecure about their jobs that they constantly feel the need to threaten employees with disciplinary action, even though all documented monitorings and sales numbers indicate no disciplinary action as being necessary it's somehow your fault customers are angry about their services being interrupted when they didn't pay for months management refuses to take calls, even when customers directly ask to speak to management forced to work large events (such as UFC fights) where you will be working from 8pm to almost 1am or later depending on the event, regardless of your regular schedule

Pros

Good Benefits Close to home Somewhat nice ppl Good place to experience a mental break

Cons

The trainers are terrible. The people are on a power high. They are not understanding and do not care about their people. You miss even five minutes and they threaten expulsions. The first 90 days are terrible. It goes slow and if u dont get it right expect a "nice" email.
