      Good people, lot of hard working individuals; Management is making great strides to becoming a better company in terms of Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and better educated employees.

      Cons

      Lot of "this is how we've always done it" attitude without researching the issues at hand, not enough staff to support activity (common to solar).

      Lots of upward mobility and great coworkers

      BRP has struggled this past year and information is often contained in silos. There has been a lot of people trying to cover themselves lately rather than optimizing for performance.

      good benefits, great people and good health insurance, also big focus on employees and lots of internal programs for incentives and things like tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      new company so not a lot of structure, there's a lot of high up people that do nothing and get away with it
