Pros
Blue Ridge Power strives to increase communication, transparency, consistency, and efficiency. They send out employee suggestion surveys for feedback to constantly make things better. They apply the feedback they receive from employees and even address questions or concerns during weekly meetings to overcome any challenges.
Cons
I do not have any concerns about Blue Ridge Power.

Cons
- Company recently acquired civil/mechanical subcontractor, and current mentality is very divisive. Former subcontractor persons refuse to adopt one-team mentality, leading to in-fighting and mutiny amongst project teams. Project leadership is held responsible for project status when construction teams refuse to work with project teams - Below average pay at all positions. - Lack of communication within departments, within project teams, and within company as a whole - Lack of unity in executing plans (i.e. no two people or projects seem to do things the same, leading to chaos) - They'll tell you one thing and then do another - No sense of urgency as it relates to work. A very "it's no big deal, it will get done when it gets done" attitude.
