Pros

there really aren't any Pros to report

Cons

this company has been making constant cutbacks for the past few years. What used to be a great place to work, hos now become one to pass up in your job search. They have cut PTO and company holidays in addition to the numerous layoffs in 2022. Be cautious about working here

Pros

Friendly and generous company. Took care of employees. Almost like family.

Cons

Towards the end of my tenure communication was terrible. There was last minute notice of a layoff situation.

Pros

The benefits and pay were what was to be expected Paternity leave was great

Cons

From the moment I was hired the company was in a constant state of change. Two weeks after I was hired they laid off around 100 employees. Every Monday they have a company-wide call and the following Monday they muted the entire audience and disabled chat to announce their "shareholder" program and didn't mention the layoffs. The shareholder program isn't really a benefit. You get shares every year you are there, but they don't mean anything because you only get money from them if the company is sold, which they specifically stated they had no plans to do. Essentially giving monopoly money as a "benefit" The travel is not well defined in the interview process. I was told it would be a WFH position with occasional travel to project sites and then was expected to drive 4 hours round trip every day to visit project sites and then work from 8-5. Incredibly disorganized structure as well. From day 1 I had superiors sitting in on several phone calls at once and was expected to do the same. Felt very much like a death by meetings with no time to get actual work done.
