29% positive business outlook
Pros
Remote work availibility and unlimited PTO
Cons
Poor Management and failure to recognize experience.
Pros
Blue Ridge cares so much about its employees, they moved salaried individuals to hourly, took away unlimited PTO and took away rotations as they were previously given.
Cons
You travel for a company and would expect to get time off to see your family, friends, take care of medical appointments, or take care of your home and you are not given time off to go see them.
Pros
The compensation is aligned with industry standards for the role/s, and the 'unlimited' PTO policy is a valuable benefit when/if when you can utilized it. Additionally, the provision of lunch from a local restaurant or food truck every Thursday at the Asheville office is a delightful perk.
Cons
The work environment is often toxic, with a noticeable absence of effective leadership and structured processes. Employees frequently operate independently without cohesive overall direction. There is a significant lack of stability regarding both work locations and job security, exacerbated by frequent organizational restructuring.
Pros
there really aren't any Pros to report
Cons
this company has been making constant cutbacks for the past few years. What used to be a great place to work, hos now become one to pass up in your job search. They have cut PTO and company holidays in addition to the numerous layoffs in 2022. Be cautious about working here
Pros
Great benefits including 401k, sick pay, unlimited PTO (for salary employees) and free health insurance. A great group of passionate people to work with. Monthly activities such as happy hour and family get togethers.
Cons
Short staffed due to the company growing so quickly. Political views are mixed into work emails/ company policies.
Pros
Pay and PTO was decent
Cons
The company lacked direction and overall experience.
Pros
Paid for by employer health care. Previously entire company has been granted PTO for Christmas holiday by CEO and leadership team.
Cons
Company wide restructuring which caused many tenured employees to be forced out. Salary roles transitioned into hourly roles (or forced out if not wanting to conform to new structure). Because of all of this, additional work outside of job description scope is added to entire team’s plate causing burn out.
Pros
Great pay, benefits, PTO, good environment
Cons
spent excessive money on unnecessary things, waiting to get paid on projects from investors
Pros
-Collaborative work environment -100% Employee medial coverage -Unlimited PTO -Leadership promotes from within -Remote and flexible work options
Cons
-Typical growing pains of a successful company
Pros
Unlimited PTO, decent pay and benefits
Cons
Layoffs, no transparency from executive team and upper management, constant change, not trustworthy EPC
