Pros

Salary on time. Work from Home

Cons

Leadership at the Director and Senior Director levels appears highly centralized, with limited transparency in planning and execution. Many leaders have been with the company for 10–15+ years and continue to drive products that still struggle with architecture quality, performance, and overall product maturity. There seems to be a major imbalance in expectations. New employees are expected to deliver exceptional results within a few months, while long-standing leadership is rarely held accountable for broader management or delivery failures. Recognition, bonuses, and appreciation often feel heavily influenced by favoritism rather than actual merit or contribution. A recurring concern is that bonus distribution does not appear fair or performance-driven. In many cases, it feels like a significant portion of rewards and recognition are directed toward a small circle of favored employees, while others receive little to no recognition regardless of their efforts or results. Another issue is the absence of a healthy upward feedback culture. Managers can evaluate employees, but employees do not seem to have a safe or effective mechanism to provide feedback about leadership, management decisions, or workplace culture. When projects face challenges, accountability tends to flow downward, with employees often carrying the blame for management or organizational shortcomings. Overall, the environment can feel political, insecure, and discouraging for employees outside preferred groups. Based on my experience, I would not recommend joining this company.
