Still lack synergy from Singapore team to global team

1) Company is still running heavily on China values despite opening Singapore office to branch out to local industry. 2) Leaders of Singapore office are not well equipped at all, do not have agency background hence is unaware about even basic industry terms/requirements. 3) Four people were fired with immediate termination within a span of a few months, all without substantial reasons. HR dept would shut it down with weak explanations such as "It is at our discretion"." 4) Casual racially divisive remarks such as "We just need you to attend the meeting to show that we are diverse" when arranging for meetings with non-English speaking clients.
