- All the employees are very passionate about their jobs, and the teams in the Singapore office are very collaborative. - Full autonomy will be given by the line manager to allow you to contribute values in your own style. The working environment is very dynamic.

Cons

- Should have more Asia-focused solutions to fit the appetite. - BlueOrchard is majority owned by Schroders Group. The marriage happened not long ago, and it still needs to find a better way to improve the bonding with the different stakeholders, but it just needs to take more time. Overall BlueOrchard is a good employer

- BlueOrchard is majority owned by Schroders, and the process of integrating certain functions/roles has, as with any integration, brought with it some challenges - The company has evolved and grown quite quickly in recent years, and certain support functions may not be well resourced enough to support sustainable growth Overall, BlueOrchard is a good place to work.
