The management team is very supportive and highly motivated. It's invigorating to work with them. Objectives are clearly stated. They stay on track and aren't shifting direction constantly. They're transparent and inclusive.
Cons
Uncertainty. It's still a really small startup, so I'm uncertain whether or not the company will succeed and, if so, whether or not they'll be able to scale while maintaining the same awesome environment.
