Pros

Decent pay with weekends off and super easy job sometimes food is catered or you get left over food from the office.

Cons

Management is disgusting. The favoritism is absolutely ridiculous you can pick them out your first day. Managers constantly choose people to pick on and upper management lets them do whatever they want. The "packing leads"/wannabe manager, they are just nasty and have no people skills. Also you never know what time you'll get off work, rarely earlier than 10.

Pros

Privately held and flexible company that has a strong focus on their customer. They have a few key contributors that produce most of the company's results.

Cons

Executive management team is made up of second stringers that would not be in management roles with similar organizations and practice outdated practices. There is a huge discrepancy in pay from the executive team and everyone else The culture is stale with high demands made on its employees and few tools to get the job done Sales team is re-active yet take all the credit for sales that are made within the Business Development Team. Vendor headcount is not fully used on BDM headcount and goes to fund other things not related to that vendor... Unethical behavior related to rebates

Pros

Growing company within a evolving field. Could be a good place for new graduates to gain some real life work experience.

Cons

There is no growth potential. If you have career advancement objectives this is not the place to pursue those. Very limited in lateral movement as well.
