First of all, they are begging their employees to sign up to Glassdoor and score them with high stars. So don't believe anything here! Ceo is a good and smart guy, but he has the same 10 people around him since the beginning of the business. Unfortunately, he hears only these 10 people. They are unfortunately who burn companies money, hiring and promoting low profile people to keep their positions safe. In company especially Finance and HR departments are disasters. Show me one person can tell you in finance that can tell you where all money goes. you can not... Also, there is no HR department in real meaning too. After they hire you, they are disappeared. No internal training, improvement plan, solution for personal rights, nothing. And a lot of problems more...Its pitty that Blueground is in that position now. Unfortunately like other start-ups, after rapid growth, they finally are in corruption period

A lot of things to do, but that's a start-up right? Not everyone is in the same office, but that could be a positive since there's people with all different backgrounds.
