      Pros

      Good place to work to learn the ins and outs of the business. Stable and long running agency with consistent client base

      Cons

      Senior staff rarely listens to junior staff, especially on complaints of capacity issues, pay equity or inept managers which leads to entry and mid level staff constantly leaving

      Pros

      The projects and clients you get to work on are cool and the work is meaningful. Alot of people here care about the work. There's a handful of people that are experts and have great ideas but feel like you can't really thrive in this workspace due to a structure and formula that it's in.

      Cons

      You will be overworked here, In general most people do more than they have to because of capacity, no boundaries and also bias on some situations are handled. The structure of this workplace is not the best. There's a lack of opportunity for professional development or growth for the design and development team. Not much of work life balance environment.
