Pros

Co-workers, cool-product, compensation, benefits, supports working remote

Cons

Went from a promising startup to a toxic culture, Senior Management does not keep its word , very difficult product to use and sell, difficult to make commission. Does not value employees.

Pros

Tech has a cool factor

Cons

Not much more than a cool factor. Management issues. CEO is a part time job. Not one Silicon Valley or Tech veteran on the board. COO demoted, 3 Sales VP's in one year, CMO Fired, another VP fired. That was 2016. You can't make this stuff up.

Pros

Really nice people around. Most of the people in the company are very friendly and helpful. Product looked professional and cool until more and more leaderships and talents left from engineer, sales, product, finance, marketing .... teams. Decent kitchen with free snacks and coffee.

Cons

Somewhat political culture and structure. Relationships among teams are not well balanced. Engineers could arbitrarily direct or alter the product without understanding customers or collaborating with other teams.
