Very nice collegues and the amosphere between them is nice.

Cons

Management is often very confusing. Work of employees and there engaement often not recognised or appriciated. Never recieved a thanks, even after doing extra hours to achive last minute changed targets.

Excellent working environment, well balanced between professional and personal life, best in class final products and good benefits for employees.

Cons

Corporate strategy and objectives are not clear communicated to all levels in the company, huge silos inside the company, managed in an old fashion way and poor alignment.
