Pros
In my time working for BodySpec I have felt welcomed, included, heard, and supported. At all times they have made sure that I am confident in my role by providing plenty of training, Q and A time, shadowing other workers etc. Development and advancement within my role has always been an option and is always on offer. Even though I work remotely, I am included in all social aspects - trips to some of the other locations have been offered, constant and consistent check in's, virtual meetings, and phone calls. Their communication is one of their best qualities as a company. The culture is AMAZING! There is always something fun happening to get everyone involved and socializing and focused on something other than work. Their commitment to the health of their clients is unprecedented. They truly believe in what they do, and want nothing but the best for their clients. They support every client equally, no matter where they are in their own personal health journey. I have loved my time so far working here and see myself here for many years to come.
