      Pros

      Love working with my team. Everyone works on the projects together. A lot of design voice heard. The products are the top in the industry and the showroom environment is lovely.

      Project deadlines can be challenging sometimes like any design firm so you have to be ready for that.

      Working at Boffi is an excellent experience for me as an interior designer. The company fosters a very pleasant work environment, with a strong focus on creativity, collaboration, and professional development. The design team is incredibly supportive, and I have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that push my design skills further. Boffi provides high-quality resources and tools that make the design process seamless and enjoyable. Management is approachable and always open to ideas, which makes me feel valued as a designer.

      Honestly, I don't have any significant cons to share. Like any job, there were moments of tight deadlines, but they were manageable and typical of the industry.
