      CEO has no clue what he is doing

      Pros

      Great team members and great leaders (in store managers) Simi flexible hours Overtime if wanted Good culture Fast paced Easy job advancement

      Cons

      Corporate office (constant changes then rolling back changes, doesn't listen to feedback from employees, constantly rotating cast of corporate employees, lack of support, lack of communication) Honestly if the entire corporate office randomly closed one day the company would be better off. The only thing they do is find new ways to make guest leave and make the jobs harder for everyone who actually does work inside the restaurant. Managers constantly stroke the ego of the CEO for job advancement.

      Pros

      They acted like they really cared in the interview- talked about work life balance and asking about interests and hobbies like they genuinely cared.

      Cons

      I got injured on the job as a result of being understaffed and overworked. They responded by dropping me to 20 hours a week when I had been hired for full time. And then I found out when I got my first paycheck after that they also reduced my rate of pay without notice.

      Pros

      From the team to our guests, every day is filled with fun and a true passion for great food. There isn’t a single day I dread going into work. I couldn’t be happier to have been chosen to be on their team.

      Cons

      Fast casual it’s a tricky concept. Typically the more successful you are running the operation, the more “boring” it becomes. With that being said, being “bored” with the work function frees up time and energy to grow personally, and interact with our awesome guests!
