Terrible administration. Horrible hourly pay. No on the job training or support

Way below market rate, demanding and overbearing boss, dearth of experienced attorneys on staff. The compensation system requires you to clock-in and out of each individual task. JD comes from a background where meetings are prized and valued, so expect to have to be at your computer for several pre-arranged wastes of time each day. The result being that even though employees are part-time and work from home, there is very little flexibility to their schedules. It is the worst of all worlds.
