      Pros

      Learnt a lot and was exposed to a lot of things during my time there.

      Cons

      As with all small companies, lots of challenges including cost pressures. In the midst of a transformation, many uncertainties.

      Small and nimble, been around for a while but still behaves like a startup.

      Although a small company, very little collaboration between staff. Have difficulties convincing customers they have a problem that needs solving.
