some managers and teams are very organized while others are complete opposite.

Long hours tiring and cold

Pay was low, moral was low sometimes

Pay is minimum if not less Management Communication Understaffed due to wages not being high enough

2nd shift and 3rd got the crap end of the stick, if 1st shift didn't want to run a short order they did exactly that and pawned it off on the next shift. MANAGEMENT- Group leaders were useless, 2nd shift had the best one and the only one that wasn't running around kissing butt or faking documents but still holding their job! Asked an opinion, gave opinion next thing you know your getting pulled into the office. Favoritism, just like high school all over again! If you missed 6 days, you got fired but Joe over there in the same department misses 6 days in 2 weeks can you guess who still had a job? Seniority doesnt mean anything! If you put in for an internal job, you have worked their for 3 years, other person only a year. You know more and have been in the department you are applying for 2 years, and said person for 4 months. Person with only 4 months experience, and 1 year at company got position instead. Given no explanation when denied a position within. Just said "you didn't get the job and I need you to sign this paper" Vacation time, could use more as well as sick time!

Management and HR do nothing concerning complaints. They only see what they want and ignore the rest. Pay is awful. 1 raise a year and it is based on 0.1 - 0.5%. You must use your vacation when they shut down for a week for maintenance. You get 2 weeks, but they take a week. They talk a good game, but they really do not care about their employees

Low pay and it is seasonal so be prepared to be laid off.

Insufficient pay and time off.
