The people I get to work with is the highlight for me. Everyone is so helpful and supportive. I ask all of the new employees what their first impression is and they all say that everyone is so happy and helpful. They also say that it is different from every other place they have worked and they all say it is good. I like the industry we are in. There is nothing easy about this business, so we are all challenged and boredom is not a word you hear used here. My peers care about me and my success and I want them all to know I am willing to help in any capacity I can. Being a service business, it is people all day every day and that excites me. The benefits are awesome so I don't have to worry about if I'll ever be able to retire and I know my family is taken care of.

I have worked at Bonfe for 11 years now. This company has provided me all the necessary resources to perform my job at every position I have held within. The company is in touch with all employees and open and honest with feedback and works with you independently to help you grow. The culture as we continue to grow has stayed intact with that small family business feel. It's not often this day and age you see an employer care so much for their employees the way Bonfes does.
