Pros
- Good colleagues - Some working hours flexibility?
Cons
So many... No wonder there are no recent reviews posted here as people who leave (and the employee turnover is very high) are traumatised, and just want to leave the experience behind them. But for a few points: - I've never experienced worse communication than while working there - and the company isn't even that big. - Very chaotic work environment - more chaotic than your typical startup. - Micromanagement is rife - management simply doesn't trust the employees. - You're lured in by the vision of supposedly helping people improve their financial lives. Don't be fooled. - It feels like there's always a lot of talking and planning, but not a lot of doing - especially when it comes to improving working conditions and company culture. HR team is great and really tries to turn things around, but same problems are raised and buried by the upper Mgmt each time. - Transparency is very selective - so expect to be kept in the dark. - Office is cramped and gets really loud. - Communication culture is pretty aggressive - so expect a lot of shouting and passing the blame around. Overall, would not recommend. Unless you're just there for the money.
