- Amazing culture : everyone here is very friendly , we call out everyone by names and there is no hierarchy which will limit your thoughts - You get responsibility even if your are fresher. senior or a manager . Here managers listen to seniors and also to someone who has no experience but has ideas - There is a lot of work but will never feel the pressure (I have worked on weekends but no one has ever asked me to! ) - you can choose whatever you want to work on , there is no one to keep asking you what are you doing every hour but at the same time Bonzai has amazing talented and expirienced seniors who will guide you and show you the right way to think or right approach - they have revamped the office and it looks so cool now also they have a ps4 in here

Current experience: I have had the privilege of being a part of this organization for nearly two years now, starting off as a fresh-faced newcomer. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have placed my trust in Bonzai from the very beginning of my professional journey. The management team has consistently provided unwavering support for both my talents and dedication. Initially joining as a QA engineer, I quickly discovered a newfound passion for frontend development. Recognizing my keen interest, the management graciously extended an offer for me to transition into the role of a frontend engineer. This opportunity has been a tremendous honor, allowing me to pursue my passion and further expand my skill set. Work-life balance: At Bonzai, our commitment to meeting deadlines is a must.
