Pros

The perception is absolutely flawed

Cons

Unrealistic timelines, bullying and serious sexual assault from senior management. When the company decides they want you out they will fabricate in-store issues to put undue pressure on you which will inevitably lead to your dismissal. Constant pressure to reduce labour costings which creates an unsafe work environment. Zero work life balance.

Pros

- weekly rotas so easy to get time off at short notice - really nice staff members - efficient processes - free food on shift and the take home

Cons

- no sick pay - unpaid breaks - rotas often not given until the Friday of each week - minimum wage - no clear holiday guidelines - all contracts allow Boojum to cut your hours whenever they wish. E.g. full time contract but can be given 22 hours a week if they see fit
