Employee Development is a Joke to These Evil People- They Just Don't Care!

When the leadership doesn't care about employees, there is no loyalty. Employees leave at the first opportunity they get.
Cons
If you have tons of dollars lying around and you don't care about your professional growth, you are welcome at Book and Ladder. Otherwise, you need to avoid working here. Most employees, including me, had a terrible experience. The leadership id cruel. They give you zero opportunities for growth and don't care if you are frustrated. They will just pile more and more work on you. It's awfully stressful and shows how little they care. Each day I spent here was a waste. i didn't learn anything. I didn't get any growth. i just wanted to run away. i eventually did, but I still have bad memories from this workplace. I don't wish that even for an enemy.
