      "Lala company" wastage of time, Worst experience.

      Pros

      Company will Fire before the time of appraisal, Unlimited hard work with out any respect. Extend working hours any time.No "space" for lunch even.Best thing is Manager will decide your lunch b/w 2 to 4pm. If you are in "emergency" company will Ask you to leave. Fake Incentive Promises.

      Cons

      You should say 'yes' for what ever manager says. Else you won't get any hike for sure. You have to lick the management for your stability. "Treat employee as human being".

      We’re sorry to hear that your time with BookMyForex was not a pleasant one. We like to believe that our inside sales department is a highly performing and tightly knit unit. We’ve never been known to not follow through on our promises and we very rarely ever fire anyone and if at all, it is always for performance or behavioral reasons. We’re sorry if you were one of the very few staff that we asked to go. Regarding our pantry space, being a startup, we prefer to remain lean and not make unnecessary expenses. Our pantry, however, has been built to accommodate 10 people and we will increase the pantry space further as we continue to grow. Regarding incentives, we’d like to assure you that no incentive scheme has ever been created and not followed through upon. Some of our best performing staff consistently earn more from incentives rather than their base pay.

      Air conditioner office that's all nothing good You will get water also a decent cafeteria

      Poor Management A delivery Person is now in leadership(Hopeless) Management is not even MBA forget about IIM or IIT Founders- Both father and son have good experience but never agreed on one things..You feel like watching Circus which full of Jokers Team Leaders: Watching Videos , Chatting with girls,treating their reportees like slaves that's all. Inside Sales team work really hard but No Salaries on time no appreciation nothing Firing : They technically don't fire you but make you so sick and insulting that you leave..CEO knows very well I know how to harress people , HR left, AVP marketing (Dynamic Person) left, SR.Manager ( Same background from last 15 years) left.. Illiterate, Non graduate ,Or hardly Graduate people are working , with no intellectual.. Nursery kid have more IQ then their employees. Leave policy, it's only exist in your offer letter, then you have to beg for leaves..and you feel like that you are attempting some murder.. People have pushed to say Sir and Ma'am, Culture is now terrible If you are fresher then please do not join..you will not be able to handle the pressure and believe me Work Hard and some good company will hire you.. Work life balance: this phrase doesn't exist in their dicstionary.. Dirty and cheap language used by Most of the employees and it's not their fault.. Education matters .. people are not mad who paid Lacs to get good education.

      Pros

      2 TL 's are amazing that is Vikas and Arhaan. If you are in their team then you can be little bit comfortable

      Cons

      They take too much work from employee, in starting it seems no work pressure but after day by day the gonna kill you. SALLARY is very less. No further growth Some pople working from last 2 year waiting for the better position with a sallary of 23k per month in 2 years. 1 sunday is compulsory for working. No work life balance.
