Engaging work, great people and culture. Awesome place to work with lots of opportunities to solve cool, hard problems and make a real impact as an individual contributor.

Cons

Potential con for some, requires full time in office in Centennial. Great amenities on site, flexibility in working hours, and fun in office culture I think are strong pros.

Great people (very smart, very fun to work with) No middle management, very close knit Empowered to wear many hats and get a lot of experience

Cons

Still growing so there are systems that are not set up which can make things confusing/ unorganized. But there is a big push to fix this
