      + many talented and kind people willing to share their knowledge + a big variety of projects (good for learning) + remote and hybrid work system + great place to start your game dev journey

      - micromanagement and nepotism - stressful atmosphere caused by the actions of the board - the office does not meet the standards for comfortable work and is also inaccessible to disabled people - rates are low compared to other mobile dev companies
