Fulfillment department culture is trash.
Orem office is a major step down in quality from the Lehi office. (Managers comment frequently on the low quality when they visit from Lehi)
The company spends less time/money each year on maintaining a positive employee experience.
Fulfillment management is super micro managing over the TLs. They are always going to business summits and act like they need to implement changes immediately when they get back because it’s obvious they don’t trust our own management styles.
Fear of retaliation is real. Several managers that I’ve talked to don’t bring up important concerns for the fear of being treated differently or retaliated against.
