An environment to make friends. Can try different drinks on the menu and/or seasonal drinks

Need to cover shifts cause people will MIA/sick. Not enough staff

Close by yourself, work by yourself a lot at the location I worked at which means I did not have a lot of supervision, good flexibility with hours

Cons

Closing by yourself can be very unsafe especially when you have to go to the back of the strip mall to throw out garbage at 10pm, no room to move up in organization
