Pros
Make rediculous money, although you have to deal with many different types of clients and some can be demanding and rude you are essentialy paid to look good and party and make a ton of money doing so. You can also meet amazing contacts.
Cons
You are over sexualised and expected to tolerate being treated as a sex object. The uniforms are awful tacky and make you feel like an escort, many of the girls do end up escorting on the side
