Borboleta is a small and growing beauty company. Pays good, has good benefits. Everyone works hard.

Cons

This is a small company, everyone is asked to contrubute, and there is no drifting. Fast pace if you want to get out of your comfort zone.

Pros

I started as an independent contractor less than a year ago and then accepted an offer as an employee. The big vision and roadmap for that vision just makes sense. The atmosphere is full of positivity and appreciation. It is exciting to be a part of the growth.

Cons

The only con is there a history of negativity. But the new leadership and renewed spirit of the team that lived through that history transcends all.
