Low salary, really LOW No support during COVID (they won't even assist you) This is not the staffs' fault actually, its the CEO's poor rules and regulations They will only give you 7 paid leaves for the whole year (LOL the law states it should be 10)

The job is easy if you're working in a junior high school. Managers are hands-off.
Cons
The pay is too low and doesn't pay for the summer. Star days are used for substitution and they will send you school that is 2 hours away.
