Box is made up of open, sincere, intelligent, well-intentioned people who genuinely care about the people who work with and for them. They're equally committed to providing the highest possible standard of content to their clients and audience.

Cons

Everyone is so enthusiastic about new ideas and projects that sometimes there are too many heads focused on too many things at once. We just need to get bigger!

Working alongside thoughtful, energetic, curious and intelligent people from all over the world while being encouraged to think outside of the box and push creative boundaries. Mentoring is very important in the company ethos. I feel a sense of purpose through the work I do here-like I am a part and contributing towards addressing some of the important and pressing issues of our time.

Cons

Passion comes with deadlines and sometimes the creative timeframes are too short.

At boxspring we constantly are thinking one step ahead of what we think will be happening next in our industry and others. We are working towards the future of collaboration as well as innovation. I love the fact that we are all expected to think outside the box rather then the norm. The fact that our team spans all over the globe makes for a diverse collection of individuals and ideas.

Cons

My biggest thing would be I wish we were all together in person more, however with the advance use of technology and apps and and and..... it is often like we are sharing a cup of coffee together in the same room.
