      Pros

      - No one cares about what you did - Your CEO or bosses gonna change every few months so you don’t need to get well everyone or care about them - Very flexible work hours since no one to care - Good place for lazy people - No one gets fired even if you just sit and watch youtube all day without working

      Cons

      - Boring place - Can not develop yourself since there is no challange - Old tech stacks - Very annoying co-workers - No salary raise - No bonuses (don’t believe if they say they have.)
