      Low pay. Over promise and under deliver. Aggressive cost cut. No career growth as downsizing. No innovation. Share holder seemed lost confidence and patient

      Pros

      1)Used to be a warmth company. 2) Good if you are in sales maybe.. Only if you are directly contributing to sales and revenue then you will be seen as importance and respect.

      Cons

      All other supporting function, stay away... unless you just want a flat job and be treated invisibles. Micro management style from VP level up. Stop using annual bonus as the excuses to threaten employees... and taking out welfare.
