Pros
The people were kind, fun, and hard working. Flexible hours. Food.
Cons
The CEO simply doesn't respect the team. He'd assign work that was out of scope, ask for personal favors that weren't appropriate, never respond to messages, and take credit for the work of others (especially for a project that the whole company worked 12+ hour days for 12 days straight to meet a deadline). No team culture - office is oddly silent. Everything is secretive. Really fast turn over.
