A lot. Let's start with the constant change over in leadership from mid-level to executives. Seems like every leader that was worth a damn was either let go or quit. As soon as they raised legitimate concerns, they were shut down immediately and forced out. They do have a good track record of hiring internally to backfill those positions but because of the high turnover it has now become filled with people who are clearly not ready to be in leadership roles. This causes huge mistrust in the employee base. The entire culture is just bad. I would like to keep this as professional as I can as im still working here, but it's hard.
Next is the vision and business sense. The premier platform is obviously failing. Money has been sunk into this for years and while we attempted to beat the competition to the market, we have been passed.
The firm fixed price strategy has also been met with extreme displeasure by the clients. The government (our clients) do not understand why we can't continue delivering or customizing products for them. This causes a poor follow on contract percentage.
