Pros

Good benefits Good office location

Cons

The company talks a lot about “growth, growth, growth”, but in reality it feels poorly planned as it has resulted in multiple annual redundancies - left feeling very undervalued and used after helping the business reach its next stage, only to then be let go. The culture can feel quite cliquey. Long-standing employees often make little to no effort to integrate with new team members, and there can be a perception of favouritism towards those who have been with the company longer, particularly from senior leadership.

Pros

Supportive team - everyone wants to contribute to the success of a project, efficient processes, really caring for employees, mentoring line manager, flat structure and Agile approach to team building.

Cons

No cons really as this company really believes in taking care of their employees.

Pros

Very good healthcare, dental, and other benefits.

Cons

This is a corporation that will parade the idea of the company being family, but the second the going gets tough, cuts you in a moment. CEO talked to me and team all the time, until the pandemic. They might keep you believing you will get your job back when you're furloughed during a pandemic, and then lay you off completely the second that jobless benefits end, making the time you have to find alternate employment incredibly short and strenuous.
