Management, at the time, lied to each other creating a toxic work environment Every department complained about other departments waiting on parts, assembly, etc. Low pay for the work you do No safety training Osha Violations Lone Wolf mentality, do things to benefit yourself only No bonuses Low PTO and hard to earn
